AI-Powered 3D, 2D & Video Designer (5+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI-Powered 2D / 3D & Video Designer to own and deliver high-quality key visuals, 3D scenes, and brand videos using AI as an integral part of the production workflow.

This role is for a hands-on senior designer who values craft, visual consistency, and strong design systems. You will work on hero visuals and scalable assets rather than high-volume execution, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to translate concepts into polished, production-ready outcomes.

The ideal candidate has solid design fundamentals, real experience applying AI in repeatable workflows, and the ability to take full ownership from brief to final delivery—ensuring every output meets high visual and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver key visuals / hero visuals for marketing campaigns (2D, 3D, or video depending on project needs).
• Create 2D design assets such as campaign KVs, posters, banners, social visuals, and on-screen content with strong layout and typography.
• Produce marketing and brand videos (short & long form), including editing, motion graphics, and light compositing.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate:
  • Concept ideation & style exploration
  • Look development & visual testing
  • 2D layout and KV variations
  • 3D scene setup, lighting, and rendering
  • Video enhancement, upscaling, and iteration
• Maintain high visual standards in composition, lighting, storytelling, pacing, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Manager / Marketing team to translate briefs into polished final outputs.
• Build and reuse AI design pipelines (prompts, presets, templates) to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Ensure brand consistency across all 2D, 3D, and video deliverables.

Education:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Communication, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.

· Equivalent practical experience, self-learning, or professional training is highly valued.

Requirements:

Must Have

• 5+ years of professional experience in design, with real production experience using AI in 2D, 3D, and/or video.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
  1. AI-assisted 2D design (key visuals, posters, banners, social or brand visuals)
  2. AI-assisted 3D work (environments, product shots, cinematic scenes, etc.)
  3. AI-assisted video content (ads, promos, reels, brand videos)
• Proven ability to use AI in repeatable, production-ready workflows (not experimental only).
• Solid understanding of:
  1. 2D fundamentals: layout, grid, typography, color, compositing
  2. 3D fundamentals: camera, lighting, materials, rendering
  3. Video fundamentals: storytelling, editing rhythm, transitions, sound awareness
• Ability to take ownership from brief → concept → iteration → final delivery.
• Clear communication, reliability, and good time management.

Not mandatory

• Experience building basic automation or batch workflows.
• Background in product visualization, architectural visualization, or cinematic visuals.
• Experience maintaining consistent visual style or brand systems over time.
• Ability to manage feedback efficiently and iterate without over-designing.

Tools & Workflow

We are tool-agnostic. You may use what you work best with:

• 2D: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• 3D: Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Houdini
• Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• AI: Image/video generation, enhancement, upscaling, and AI-accelerated editing
