Operations Manager

MIBS was set up with the aim of being innovative to provide effective solutions to our clients' problems. We are a professional firm staffed with passionate and credible managers, professionals, and consultants, specializing in Event Management and Strategic Communications.

- Developing and gaining Acceptance of Operation Plans;

- Training and Developing Subordinates;

- Developing production and delivery;

- Delivering events on time and within budget;

- Setting and maintaining timelines and priorities for every project;

- Communicating and maintaining client relations;

- Managing supplier relationships;

- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;

- Managing workload. Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team;

- Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events;

- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar position;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill;

- Priority is given to application members who have a technical mindset
